专利说明:
Vehicle combination for cleaning ballast of a track. The invention relates to a vehicle combination for cleaning Schot¬ter a track, consisting of a front with respect to a working direction first ballast vehicle, with two opposite in a track transverse direction Flankenräumketten for receiving the subsequent in a track ends at Gleisbettungs¬bereich and further comprising a subsequent second ballast pickup vehicle having an endless clearing chain around the track for receiving the ballast below the track, and gravel cleaning screens. [02] Such a machine is known from EP 0 408 837. By the combination of upstream flank clearing chains with an endless clearing chain, a particularly high cleaning performance can be achieved. The object of the present invention is now to provide a vehicle combination of the type mentioned, with a vielseitige¬re utilization of the machine is possible. [04] This object is achieved according to the invention with a vehicle combination of the generic type by the features cited in the characterizing part of the main claim. [05] This special combination of features now offers the advantage of being able to divide a special high-performance machine, if necessary, into two cleaning machines which can be replaced without restriction. For this conversion into two separately replaceable machines, generally only slightly modified compilations of the individual vehicles are required. This recomposition is particularly advantageous if there is a greater number of points in the track section to be cleaned. In this case, the use of the flank clearance chains would not be possible and the very long combination machines would be a hindrance. [06] Further advantages of the invention will be apparent from the subclaims and the drawing description. [07] In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of a vehicle combination according to the invention, shown in three parts for reasons of space, and FIGS. 2 and 3 each show a part-combination or work unit that can be assembled from these. A vehicle combination 1 shown in FIG. 1 for cleaning ballast of a track 2 can be displaced thereon in a working direction 3 and consists essentially of a first ballast pickup vehicle 4, a following second ballast pickup vehicle, with respect to the aforementioned direction 5 and two screening vehicles 6 and 7 together. In the vehicle combination 1 also drive units 8 with energy sources 9 and hydraulic systems 10 are incorporated. [09] The first ballast pickup vehicle 4 is provided with two flank clearing chains 11 arranged in a transverse track direction opposite to each other on both longitudinal sides of the vehicle 4. These flanging chains 11 serve to receive the ballast which is located in a track bed area adjacent to sleeper ends 12 of sleepers 13 of the track 2. The second ballast receiving vehicle 5 has an endless clearance chain 14, which can be guided around the track 2 in working use and which is designed to receive the ballast located below the track 2. [10] The two screening vehicles 6, 7 are arranged upstream of the first ballast pickup vehicle 4 in the working direction 3 and are arranged behind one another and separable with respect to a machine longitudinal direction 15 and each have a screening unit 16 or 17 for ballast clearing. A first conveyor belt 18 is provided for feeding the two wire vehicles 6, 7 with the ballast picked up by the two ballast pickup vehicles 4 and 5. A second conveyer belt 19 for transporting cleaned ballast to discharge devices 20 is associated with the two ballast pickup vehicles 4 and 5, which are interconnected by a releasable coupling device 21. The discharge devices 20 for discharging the cleaned ballast are Working direction 3 behind the Endlosräumkette 14 of the second ballast pickup vehicle 5 is arranged. In addition, via the rear end of the vehicle combination 1 coupled silo wagon 27 new gravel can be introduced. As already mentioned, the vehicle combination 1 can, if necessary, be divided into two separate, usable working units 22, 23, which are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, respectively. FIG. 2 shows a unit 22, which consists of a combination of the second ballast pick-up vehicle 5 with the screening vehicle 7, which is in the front in the working direction 3, together with the drive unit 8. The cleaning machine 24 thus formed is particularly suitable for use in rails 2 with points and particularly efficient by the sieve 17 equipped with a twin-wire screen. This performance is further enhanced by the fact that the edge clearing chains 11 of the first ballast receiving vehicle 4, which are not replaceable in course sections, are not present here and so can not represent the work progress braking obstacle. As can be seen in FIG. 3, said first ballast pick-up vehicle 4 together with the other screening vehicle 6 forms a second working unit 23, which can now be used as cleaning machine 25, independently of the unit 22, specifically for cleaning track bed edges. In this case, a ballast truck 26 is coupled, which now takes over the task of the discharge device 20.
